A Cross Corner FIBC Bag (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) is a premium industrial bulk bag specifically engineered for high-volume, automated, or fast-paced lifting environments.

Its defining feature is the loop placement: instead of being sewn into the side seams, the lifting loops are sewn onto the main body of the bag, arching diagonally across each corner.

Unlike corner-seam loops that tend to fall flat or collapse against the bag, cross-corner loops are stiffened and arched.

• Benefit: They stay wide open and upright even when the bag is empty or under pressure. This allows a forklift operator to drive in and engage the bag without needing a second person to manually hold the loops open.

  
  

Cross-corner loops are almost exclusively used on Circular (Tubular) fabric bags.

• Benefit: Since circular fabric has no side seams, the loops are anchored directly to the reinforced body fabric at 8 different points. This makes the bag exceptionally resistant to "tearing at the ears" during sudden vertical movements.

Because the loops are sewn diagonally across the corners, they pull from the center of each side rather than just the edge.

• Benefit: This creates a more balanced "center of gravity" during the lift, reducing the chance of the bag tipping or "spinning" when suspended from a crane or forklift.
